2024 Holiday Events at The Landings

The Holidays are a special time of year where friends and family come together to eat, drink and be merry— and there is no shortage of merriment at The Landings this holiday season! We have tons of activities and events scheduled now through the New Year for our residents and Club members to enjoy!

Savannah Christmas Market at Plant Riverside District | Now through December 31st
Experience the magic of the holidays at the Savannah Christmas Market at Plant Riverside District! Enjoy a European-style outdoor holiday market as well as live performances, children’s activities, photos with Santa, and a wide range of holiday-themed food and drink options. You’ll find something for everyone on your holiday shopping list the #1 holiday market in the southeast!

Brunch with Santa* | December 8th & 15th
This always-popular brunch at Palmetto Clubhouse is a big hit! Kids get the opportunity to meet and eat with Santa as he visits each table to speak with the youngsters about their Christmas wishes. Enjoy a festive Family Brunch and family photos with Santa, and be sure to bring your Christmas list!

Downtown Savannah Lighted Christmas Parade | December 14th
The highlight of the yearly Christmas on the River in Savannah is undoubtedly the Lighted Christmas Parade. Imagine bands, over 50 vibrant floats, merry dancing groups, and more, all decked out in twinkling lights, creating a magical spectacle through downtown. The parade begins at Plant Riverside District on the west end of River Street at 5:30pm and continues to the east end, then winds its way up to Broughton Street and through City Market.

Landings Landlovers Golf Cart Parade Benefitting Toys for Tots | December 8th
Come join this festive parade on your golf cart, all decked out in holiday decorations (make sure to have a fully-charged battery!). We will be meeting at 3:00PM at the Landings Association Building (located at 600 Landings Way South), and the parade will commence at 3:30PM. Our very own Santa will be leading the parade on the final golf cart, while a special Santa Sleigh will be available for donations of new, unwrapped toys. Spectators are welcome along the route, and everyone is invited to join the Landlovers at the After Party at The Landings Harbor Marina. The After Party will feature food trucks, a hot chocolate stand, and a special holiday performance by local musicians, culminating with the lighting of the Landings Holiday Palm Tree. Holiday Afternoon Tea | December 11th
Join us for an afternoon Holiday Tea Party. Harpist Kristin King will be setting the tone with some beautiful music while you enjoy a traditional afternoon tea tower of sandwiches and pastries along with a beautiful selection of assorted teas from Hale Tea Company. This is definitely an afternoon for a hat!

Christmas in the Alps Holiday Party* | December 20th
Join us to savor the rich, hearty flavors inspired by traditional mountain fare, from the savory cheese fondues of Switzerland to the rustic stuffed goose of Austria. Each bite is a taste of the Alps, carefully crafted to bring the warmth and charm of this winter wonderland to your evening. As you enjoy this warm hug of a meal, let the soothing sounds of our acoustic duo fill the air, performing classic Christmas songs that will make you feel like you’re celebrating in a cozy chalet nestled in the snow-capped peaks. It’s a holiday experience – the food, the music, and the spirit of the Alps all come together to create a holiday-themed evening.

Merry Mingle Family Festival* | December 21st
Step into the merry magic of the Merry-Mingle Family Festival – where jolly vibes and holiday cheer collide! Hop aboard our Polar Express train for a sweet treat ride. The excitement doesn’t stop there – get ready to meet some truly special guests: real live penguins! That’s right, live penguins will be waddling into our celebration, offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity to snap unforgettable photos with these adorable creatures. And don’t miss out on the Christmas characters stepping right out of the storybooks and into our festivities. Santa may be busy in his workshop, but his merry companions are here to spread joy, laughter, and a sprinkle of North Pole magic. It’s a holiday experience like no other!

Feast of The Seven Fishes* | December 24th
Searching for a special Christmas Eve tradition? Join us for The Feast of the Seven Fishes, a cherished Italian-American custom that celebrates Christmas Eve through a delightful array of fish and seafood dishes. This event takes place at Osteria Oakridge.

Christmas Day Dinner Buffet* | December 25th
Bring your family and loved ones to a beautiful Christmas Buffet. We hope that this bountiful spread brings you as much joy as the holiday does, and that we can take the work out of your Christmas! This event takes place at the Palmetto Ballroom.

Myriad Ball* | December 31st
The event of the year is now open for ticket sales! Our Club hosts the most exciting NYE party of any private club in the Country! This year will feature the largest “Variety” stage we have ever done featuring 6 nationally recognized tribute acts on 1 stage, and new and unique elements. As always, this party will have multiple unique areas to explore – this party has something for everyone. Myriad Ball starts at 8pm and ends at 1am and includes five hours of premium brand open bar and extensive dinner menu.
