Fitness Programs for All Ages

The Oakridge Wellness Center (OWC) offers fitness programs all ages and fitness capabilities. We offer introductory programming, complimentary tours of the facilities, and equipment orientations for those new to the world of fitness.  

With between 75 and 90 group classes every week, you’re sure to find something that fits your schedule. Our creative programming includes:

Fitness assessments are available to those searching for a personalized program. Our professional wellness team will assist you, making sure you are comfortable with your plan and never feel out of place at the gym.

Personal Training

We offer 20 to 30 small group personal training sessions per week. These sessions are semi-individually crafted to achieve specific goals. Current groups include WOW, STUDS, TAP, Pilates Reformer, TPI, and basketball training. Sessions will have up to 12 participants and offer indoor and outdoor options.

OWC has 16 trainers with various skill sets that will help you reach your personal fitness goals. Choose between 30- or 55-minutes of hands-on assistance. Each session contains individually crafted programming offered for one person, duos, trios, and quads.

Specialty Programs

Are you looking for something to spice up your workout routines? We personalize each specialty training program with specific goals in mind. Each session is one-on-one, in a highly controlled environment, with specific exercises and rehabilitation prescriptions. Try specialty training at OWC.

FOX (Fundamentals of Exercise)

Designed for all exercise abilities and focused on exercise education through an applied format.

HeartStrong

These training sessions are for cardiac or pulmonary patients who have been discharged from cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and are seeking an assisted exercise program. The HeartStrong program focuses on improving the heart and lungs using research-based methods to individually prescribe exercise to improve longevity and cardiopulmonary fitness in a safe and manageable way. 

TPI (Titleist Performance Institute)

The world leader in golf performance development and training, TPI uses a holistic approach and innovative technologies to help golfers improve their performance on and off the course.  

Chronic Condition Management

Living with a chronic condition such as diabetes, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, COPD, and hypertension can be difficult and is associated with a myriad of concerns regarding the quality of life. Exercise can be one of the easiest and most significant ways to help manage living with a chronic condition, which is why we created our Chronic Condition Management program.

OWC is a proud partner of St. Joseph’s/Candler to host a physical therapy clinic (insurance-based) with three treatment rooms.

In need of a healthy treat before/after a workout? OWC is proud to introduce our Wellness Bar—offering a variety of smoothies and snacks! 

OWC is also available for studio event rentals and provides members with exclusive fitness equipment opportunities.
