Dining at The Landings

Members of The Landings Golf & Athletic Club have the opportunity to enjoy first-class dining experiences at our five clubhouses. Each clubhouse offers a unique culinary point-of-view, ranging from casual bites and pub food to fine dining. The Club works hard to source and utilize the highest quality ingredients available while providing stellar, attentive service with members in mind.

Using fresh local ingredients and cutting-edge technique, our award winning chefs cater each menu to the unique preferences of members. That means taking into consideration the appetites of a very large and extremely diverse group of patrons, from children and grandchildren to a more sophisticated palate.  Every dining experience found throughout our island community offers a unique menu, with no two dining options being alike.

Marshwood

In June 2020 Marshwood Clubhouse was completely renovated as part of our member-led and approved capital plan to better serve our residents and their needs. Marshwood’s two new dining options — Arnie’s Tavern and Palmer’s Steakhouse — pay tribute to golf legend Arnold Palmer and his influence on the development of our club. Palmer’s Steakhouse is our premiere dining facility featuring a modern twist on the quintessential steakhouse fare, while still including a few favorites from the original Marshwood menu. Arnie’s Tavern captures the fun-loving, light hearted spirit of our members with classic, casual fare, craft cocktails and unique brews.

Marshwood also features an enlarged Cabana Bar, serving an original selection of snacks, salads and sandwiches that are perfect for a day at the pool, or a fun evening with friends enjoying a nice adult beverage.

The Deck at Franklin Creek

The Deck at Franklin Creek is our new, fast-casual dining facility, nestled beside our resort-style pool complex complete with splash pad and zero entry pool. This innovative restaurant offers the best cup of coffee in town, sandwiches, bagels, pastries and parfaits for breakfast, and a variety of salads, wraps, sandwiches, paninis and hand-tossed pizza for lunch and dinner.

Deer Creek – A Coastal Grill

Offering beautiful panoramic views of the 18th green of our Deer Creek Course and a gorgeous covered patio, the Clubhouse at Deer Creek is a staple for fresh local fare, with most foodstuffs being sourced from within 50 miles of the club and from local farms.

Osteria Oakridge

Osteria Oakridge is home to fresh, classic Tuscan food. Osteria translates to pub or tavern. Osteria Oakridge celebrates the spirit of togetherness. Not only will the clubhouse showcase the beautiful flavors of Tuscany, but it will also be our party-zone. Still half pub, the new clubhouse features a vintage pool table, a vintage shuffleboard table, and a total of 10 televisions. Osteria Oakridge is also home to our new food and beverage retail outlet, The Spirited Gourmet open Thursday-Monday from 11am-6pm.

Southern Table at Palmetto

A popular destination for gatherings both large and small, the Palmetto Clubhouse is reminiscent of a grand antebellum estate with a Grand Ballroom, bay windows, and a broad front porch. With southern favorites like shrimp and grits, crab cakes and creole steamed mussels, Southern Table at Palmetto is a favorite of our members, and a staple for holiday gatherings and special events.
