Exclusive events, traditions at The Landings

The holidays are a special time of year where friends and family come together to eat, drink and be merry — and there is no shortage of merriment at The Landings during the holiday season!

We have tons of activities and events scheduled through the New Year for residents and Golf & Athletic Club members to enjoy!

Angel Tree: The Realtors and staff at The Landings Co. also look forward to the holidays because ‘tis the season for the “Angel Tree”, which has been generously supported by our community for the last 26 years!

This program involves working with local Savannah organizations that help families and children by providing toys and gifts during the holiday season. Two Christmas trees are set up in the Company’s Welcome Center and decorated with hundreds of little angel tags – each tag representing the specific wishes of an individual child. The children range in age from newborn babies to teens. Once the trees are up and filled with angel tags, residents arrive and select the child (or children) they want to purchase gifts for.

Each year the beneficiaries (and The Landings Company’s agents) are overwhelmed by the generosity of our community. It’s our hope that these gifts make the holidays a little brighter for the children and the families that our partners support.

Landings Landlovers Golf Cart Parade benefiting Toys for Tots: Our very own Santa leads the parade on a golf cart, while a special Santa Sleigh will be available for donations of new, unwrapped toys. Spectators are welcome along the route, and everyone is invited to join the Landlovers at the After Party at The Landings Harbor Marina. The After Party features food trucks, a hot chocolate stand, and a special holiday performance by local musicians, culminating with the lighting of the Landings Holiday Palm Tree. 

Wrapping up the holidays, ringing in the New Year

Myriad Ball: The Landings Golf & Athletic Club hosts the largest and most exciting New Year’s Eve party of any private club in the country! Typically, the celebration features nationally known entertainment. This event requires Landings Golf & Athletic Club Membership in order to attend.
