Angel Tree Brings Holiday Cheer to Those in Need
The holidays are a special time at The Landings—full of parties, friends, family, and festive fun. Among all the season’s traditions, the Angel Tree remains one of the most meaningful. The tree is up, the angels are hung, and once again our community is rallying to brighten the holidays for children served by CASA and the MARNE/HAAF Military Families Toy Drive—a tradition our residents have generously supported for 27 years.
Each year, The Landings partners with Savannah organizations that provide toys and gifts to families in need. Two Christmas trees are set up in the Company’s Welcome Center and decorated with hundreds of angel tags, each representing the holiday wish list of a child—from newborns to teens. Residents stop by, select an angel, and shop for the gifts that will make that child’s holiday special.
This year’s beneficiaries are the MARNE/HAAF Toy Drive, which supports local military families, and CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates), which serves children in foster care throughout Savannah.
Our partners—and The Landings Real Estate Company’s agents—are continually moved by the extraordinary generosity of this community. We hope these gifts bring joy, comfort, and a little holiday magic to the children and families they serve. Now through December 12, residents may visit the TLREC office to choose an angel and pick up that child’s wish list. Gifts should be new and unwrapped, with the angel card attached.
Whether you select a single item or several, every contribution brings joy and dignity to a child who needs it most. Thank you in advance for your kindness, generosity, and the spirit that makes The Landings such a caring community.
