As a full-time REALTOR®, Kathleen works closely with buyers and sellers to provide market expertise and guidance through all phases of the real estate transaction including listing agreements, purchase offers, contract negotiations, home inspections and closings. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Kathleen is an Accredited Staging Professional® and offers home staging consultations and services to clients listing their properties with the team. During her tenure in the Washington DC market, she founded her own home staging company StageB4USell™. She also holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Seller Representative Specialist™ (SRS) certifications. Among her other accomplishments, she has been awarded membership in the Distinguished Sales Society bestowed by Savannah Area REALTORS®.
Kathleen’s prior REALTOR® experience includes working as a Maryland Licensed REALTOR® for Long and Foster in the Washington DC market where she was an active member of the Maryland Board of REALTORS®, Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. From the corporate world, Kathleen brings over 17 years of professional sales, marketing and contract negotiation experience to her real estate business having worked as a Sales Executive within the healthcare industry. Some of her former employers include well known entities such as Abbott Laboratories and Caremark CVS where her focus was selling and negotiating contracts with national health plans such as Aetna, United Healthcare, and Humana. Her demonstrated capacity to conceptualize, implement and execute new ideas has led to much success and multiple awards for sales and marketing.
Kathleen chose to become a REALTOR® with The Landings Company because she is passionate about the opportunity to sell real estate, world-class amenities and the wonderful lifestyle that is offered within the beautiful, Intracoastal Waterway community of The Landings at Skidaway Island. Kathleen is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland where she obtained a Master of Science in Nursing Administration with a concentration in Managed Care. Her undergraduate degree includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina. Kathleen is an active member of Savannah Christian Church. Her other interests include yoga, golf, travel, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
