Ginna Carroll

REALTOR®

Ginna Carroll is a native Savannahian. She graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School and The University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. Ginna subsequently obtained her Masters in Accounting from The University of Virginia and worked for Ernst & Young in Atlanta as a financial auditor serving large telecommunications clients for 3 years. She transferred into Human Resources and served seven years as an Assistant Director of Human Resources for Ernst & Young’s Southeast region, consulting internally with over 1,500 employees in 14 offices.

Ginna and her husband, Doug, moved back to Savannah in 2008 after being in Atlanta for ten years. They chose The Landings as the place to raise their two girls. In Savannah, Ginna served as the Director of Human Resources for the MacAljon Companies. While working, Ginna co-founded The Next Generation for The Children’s Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center. She served as the Vice President of Operations of The Next Generation for five years.

Ginna joined The Landings Company in 2014 as a Sales Executive/ Realtor®. Her team, The CBE Group, was named the Landings Company 2015 Sales Team of the Year. Ginna has earned a place in the top 10 Sales Agents in the Landings Company office each year. She earned the Savannah Area Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society Designation each year from 2015 to 2022 by exceeding the requirements.
