Mary Beth, a Connecticut native, grew up along the Connecticut shoreline, where her love for the beach, boating, and the abundant wildlife found in the marshy waterways has been a constant throughout her life. She fell in love with Skidaway Island, Savannah and The Landings while visiting family. The decision to relocate was simple. The allure of the vibrant community, picturesque landscapes, and proximity to Savannah proved to be irresistible factors that led her to embark on a new adventure. What ultimately sealed the deal for her, however, was the warm reception she received from the residents of the area.

With decades of experience selling real estate on a full-time basis, Mary Beth’s skills and expertise are a perfect fit for The Landings. Having previously owned and managed a successful national real estate franchise, she has become a respected leader in her field, serving as the Chairman of the Realtor Political Action Committee for the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and being elected as Treasurer for the Town of Westbrook for a decade. She is highly experienced in listing and selling residential properties, land development and subdivisions, new construction, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
