Kerri Moran has proudly called The Landings home since 2011 and has embraced everything that makes the community such a special place to live. Whether she’s on the tennis or pickleball courts, coaching middle school volleyball, or attending St. James Catholic Church with her family, Kerri values the relationships and sense of belonging that define life at The Landings. She and her husband are raising three daughters here: their oldest will attend Georgia Tech this fall, while their younger daughters are a rising junior and an 8th grader. Her deep connection to the community, combined with a genuine passion for helping others, makes real estate a natural fit.

Before real estate, Kerri spent more than two decades in the insurance industry. She began her career with State Farm’s National Catastrophe Team as a homeowner claims adjuster, later serving as a trainer for catastrophe adjusters and working as a field underwriter for ICAT Managers, a leading catastrophe insurance provider. After relocating to Savannah in 2010, she continued in the industry by helping manage her husband’s insurance agency, overseeing customer service, accounting, and operations.

Kerri’s background gives her a unique advantage in real estate. She understands homes from the inside out—how they’re built, insured, maintained, and protected—and combines that knowledge with strong negotiating skills to help clients make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome.
