Katie Hart and Ashley Gold know the power of a good partnership. The duo’s dedication to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience helped them hit the ground running while serving the real estate needs of the Savannah area and now, these two longtime Landings residents are ready to do the same as they join The Landings Company.

Katie and Ashley are both Georgia natives who have lived in Savannah for more than a decade. They began their careers as nurses, but have always had a shared love and passion for real estate. Katie grew up looking at houses on the weekends as a hobby and her husband works in the mortgage industry. Ashley bought and sold several properties and loved the process so much that she obtained her real estate license. The duo made the switch from nurse to realtor a little over four years ago.

While buying or selling home can be stressful at times, Katie and Ashley believe that it should also be exciting and fun. As nurses, Katie and Ashley truly enjoyed working with different people from various backgrounds while seeing them through difficult or stressful situations, and they’ve found that these skills have translated well into real estate. They strive to eliminate as much stress as possible during the buying or selling process by listening to and anticipating their client’s needs, and creating a personalized client experience that is both positive and enjoyable.

Katie and Ashley both reside in The Landings with their families. They are both married to Savannah natives and each have two children. They both enjoy fitness, as well as spending time with their families and friends.
