The Landings Company

The Landings Company was established in 1998 by a vote of The Landings property owners to provide the best possible real estate services to buyers and sellers at The Landings on Skidaway Island. The Company markets new homes, resale homes and building lots. The Company also provides property management for homes available for rent or lease.

Giving Back

Every holiday season for the past 15 years, The Landings Company has sponsored the Adopt an Angel Program, which gathers gifts to be donated to local families in need. Plus, as members of the Savannah Area Realtors Association, our team of Re

altors participates in community service projects such as the Savannah Area Realtors Bowl-a-Thon which raises funds for local non-profits like Lifeline for Children, a local community support service for abused and neglected children.
