We’re thrilled to announce that The Landings has once again been named Best Planned Community Development by Savannah Magazine in its Best of Homes 2023 awards.

Savannah Magazine conducts its Best of Homes awards annually, where its readers vote on top contractors, designers and more across 80 categories. 2023 marks the ninth consecutive year that The Landings has been named the recipient of the prestigious “Best Planned Community” award by the readers of the award-winning magazine.

To determine a “Best of Savannah” winner, Savannah Magazine asked readers to submit a write-in ballot. The reliance on the voter is what makes this survey different from most, there are no favors or paid promotions—just honest opinions from those who know best—Savannah locals. The winners are revealed in the Spring 2023 Homes Issue.
