2022 Holiday Events at The Landings

The Holidays are a special time of year where friends and family come together to eat, drink and be merry— and there is no shortage of merriment at The Landings this holiday season! We have tons of activities and events scheduled now through the New Year for our members to enjoy!

Brunch with Santa* | December 4th & 11th
This always-popular brunch at Palmetto Clubhouse is a big hit! Kids get the opportunity to meet and eat with Santa as he visits each table to speak with the youngsters about their Christmas wishes. Santa will be making two trips to the Palmetto Club, on December 4th and 11th with seating available at 11am and 1pm both days. Tickets are $32 for adults, and $16 per child ages 5-12, while admission is complimentary for children 4 and younger. Enjoy a festive Family Brunch and family photos with Santa, and be sure to bring your Christmas list!

Holiday Afternoon Tea* | December 8th
Please be our guest for an afternoon Holiday Tea Party at Palmetto Clubhouse at 1pm. Harpist Kristin King will be setting the tone with some beautiful music while you enjoy a traditional afternoon tea tower of sandwiches and pastries along with a full selection of our new private label Landings Tea’s thanks to Hale Tea Company. Megan Miller, the owner of Hale Tea will also be in attendance to speak about what makes this brand so special. This is definitely an afternoon for a hat! Tickets are $32 per person.

Holiday Laser Show* | December 10th
Our epic 1 hour custom laser performance is back — this year with a Holiday twist. This show will take over the entire Oakridge Driving Range with lights and a Top 40s playlist mixed with Holiday Classics! Laser Encore produces the largest laser shows in the country. The cost of admission includes an Unlimited BBQ Dinner and family friendly concessions including a hot cocoa and cider bar to keep you warm. Arrival and dinner starts at 5pm and the laser show starts at 6pm. We are sure to sell out so make sure to get one of the 600 tickets available for this amazing show!

Holiday “Cocktail Supper” Open House* | December 15th
What says Happy Holidays more than food, music, and cocktails with family and friends? Join us for a Social Cocktail Supper complete with Classic Christmas Music in the Palmetto Ballroom at 6pm for an array of traditional passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations and open bar to round out the evening. Tickets are $48 per adult and $24 per child ages 5-12. You will be greeted to an evening surrounding you with music and Holiday Spirit by our Carolers and Mr. & Mrs. Clause!

Skidaway Island Santa Parade | December 17th & 18th
Santa Claus and his elves will be visiting Skidaway Island, thanks to the generosity of The Landings Company. Santa will be escorted throughout Skidaway Island by the firefighters of Chatham Fire Department and will be making scheduled stops to distribute treats to all the good boys and girls who live on Skidaway Island. Stops on Saturday December 17th include Deer Creek, the Village, Oakridge, Delegal Marina and The Deck at Franklin Creek. Stops on Sunday December 18th include Midpoint, Marshwood, Moon River Landing and South Harbor.

Christmas in Bordeaux Wine Dinner* | December 22nd
What better way to start your Christmas weekend than with a spectacular Christmas in Bordeaux holiday dinner? This perfectly curated menu has been crafted to showcase the highlight of the event, the wines. A reception will be followed by a five-course gourmet dinner where the food will only be surpassed by the incredible selection of premier Bordeaux wines! Palmetto Ballroom, 6pm arrival and reception, 6:30 dinner. Cost is $225 per person. Seating is limited.  

Christmas Day Brunch* | December 25th
Looking for something to do after all the gifts are opened and don’t want to cook? Experience a unique ambiance of festivity and enjoy our delightful Brunch Buffet at The Southern Table. Seating times are 11:00am and 11:30am. Cost is $38 per adult and $16 per child.

Christmas Day Dinner Buffet* | December 25th
Bring your family and loved ones to a beautiful Christmas Buffet. We hope that this bountiful spread brings you as much joy as the holiday does, and that we can take the work out of your Christmas! This event takes place at Palmetto Clubhouse. Seating times are 1:00pm, 3:30pm and 6:00pm. Cost is $68 per adult, $30 per child ages 5-12 and complimentary for children 4 and under.

Osteria Oakridge Carnevale* | December 31st
Osteria Oakridge will transport you to a New Year’s Eve celebration in Venice! The traditional Flight of the Angel will welcome you with champagne as you enter this masked ball complete with music, jugglers, full open bar, Italian wines and elaborate food stations! Ring in the new year on the dance floor at the Masquerade of the year! Cost is $199 per person. 9:00pm-1:00am.

ABBA Terrace Myriad Ball* | December 31st
This ABBAsolutely fabulous band is a high-energy, female-fronted show that covers the hits like “Dancing Queen” and “Mamma Mia,” but also lesser known, highly danceable singles like “Summer Night City.” Woven throughout the show you will also get to hear the music of other icons like Madonna, Donna Summer, and even Dolly! Join us at the Palmetto Terrace from 9:00pm to 1:00am. Cost is $299 per member and $349 per guest.
