The Landings is located on Skidaway Island, in Georgia, just minutes from historic Savannah. Miles of walking trails run throughout our island, connecting from end to end, allowing residents of The Landings to have access to an entire island, that serves as your own slice of paradise, with all of the comforts of home.

Residents of The Landings are eligible to join The Landings Golf & Athletic Club, a private golf club on our island that gives members access to six championship golf courses, two marinas, 33 tennis courts, seven restaurants, five swimming pools and a fitness and wellness center. While you do not have to join the Club to live in The Landings, becoming a member takes life at The Landings to a whole new level.

Members of the club can enjoy a unique and challenging golf experience each day, with six championship courses that weave among majestic oaks, tranquil saltwater marshes, and breathtaking ocean views. Each course was designed by a different PGA Tour Legend, from Arnold Palmer and Tom Fazio to Arthur Hills and Willard Byrd as a testament to the dedication and passion that each of these legends has shown to the game of golf while showcasing the natural beauty of Skidaway Island.

Life at The Landings comes with the opportunity for fishing, sailing, and water sports all year round! Set off on an adventure from either of our two full-service, deep-water marinas: Landings Harbor and Delegal Creek Marina. Both offer easy access to the Atlantic, and the Intracoastal Waterway, two ideal locations for enjoying the best maritime experience that the Southeast has to offer.
