Welcome to the New Marshwood Clubhouse

Tuesday, June 2, 2020 marks the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of the new Marshwood Clubhouse, the final phase of The Landings Club’s $25 million revitalization project.

Featuring the island’s largest cabana bar, two dining options and a resort-style pool complex, this is the most significant project the Club has undergone since its formation.

Marshwood’s top-of-the-line golf shop and the two new dining options—Arnie’s Tavern and Palmer’s Steakhouse—pay tribute to golf legend Arnold Palmer and his influence on the development of our club. Surrounding the clubhouse are Marshwood and Magnolia, two of the golf courses he designed.

Outside of the clubhouse, you’ll find ample outdoor dining space, fire pits to gather around after a day on the course, and an event lawn that doubles as a croquet court.

After years of meetings, ideas and partnerships, and with the support of our community, we’re so proud to see the new clubhouse come to fruition.
