Steve joined The Landings Company in early 2006. Steve is a Georgia Licensed Realtor® and business partner with The Landings Home Team℠ serving The Landings Community on Skidaway Island.

Steve holds an Associate Broker’s License and has extensive background in real estate development and new construction, both in the commercial and residential area. He has been involved in the real estate industry since receiving his license in 1976. His previous real estate involvement was in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area where he was also a franchisee of Burger King and Cottage Inn, a regional pizza chain.

He and his wife Connie reside at The Landings with their son Ryan. Daughter, Stephanie, is attending college in Ohio. When he is not involved in real estate Stephen enjoys boating, golfing, photography and cycling.

We asked you to help us determine a price that was fair to us, but also would result in a sale within 3-6 months. We had no desire to endure a 12 month process with numerous showings, negotiations, etc. After much discussion and research on your part, we arrived at a price which resulted in a sale with a price which resulted in a sale in less than month. The sale price was well within the range of the price we expected and hoped to get.

Before the house went on the market you helped us to decide what needed to be done (and what DID NOT be done) to the house to make it attractive buyers, inspectors and appraisers. Frankly, we probably would have spent more time and money in this process without your advice which turned out to be spot on.

During the time the house was on the market, you kept us very well informed and fended off some “low ball” offers from prospective buyers. Your advice during the negotiations let to a successful sale at a price that we feel was fair to us. After the sale you were a valuable source of information during the closing and moving out process. In short, you did everything we would expect of a professional realtor. We would recommend you highly to anyone buying or selling home.
