A “Landings Native,” Stephanie grew up in the community; with a broad history and passion for The Landings, combined with her personal and professional experience, Stephanie understands her client’s needs and knows how to meet them. She is an adept negotiator and always puts the client #1. Actively involved in The Landings community, as well as the Savannah community: Stephanie served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Chatham County and loves to volunteer and serve this fantastic region.

Stephanie is a graduate of Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, and has lived in Honduras, Denver, Colorado, and New York City before returning to Savannah in 2002. She has an impressive record of top performance, with more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and global business development. Before returning to Savannah, Stephanie worked as Director of Business Development for tmp.worldwide and was based in Denver and New York. Landing Fortune 500 clients and negotiating to keep them was her forte. Stephanie obtained her real estate license in September 2004 and has excelled as an agent with The Landings Company. She has earned a reputation for making the real estate process at The Landings both easy and enjoyable.
