Linda Novack is a Georgia-licensed REALTOR® who has proudly served the Landings community on Skidaway Island since joining The Landings Company in 2013. With over two decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Savannah, Tybee Island, and Skidaway real estate markets, Linda is known for delivering exceptional service and results.

She’s been a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Society every year from 2014 to 2024 and earned The Landings Sales Executive of the Year eight times (2016–2022 and again in 2024) – ranking as the top-producing agent by volume in the 31411-zip code.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Linda moved to Savannah in 1989 with her husband, Dr. Steve Novack, now the medical director at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Savannah. They quickly fell in love with Skidaway Island and chose to raise their family at The Landings. Their three sons – Adam, Evan, and Craig – grew up riding bikes, meeting friends, and enjoying all the island has to offer. Today, Linda’s grandchildren are enjoying the very same lifestyle.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell, Linda enjoys staying active at the fitness center, walking and biking the island’s many trails, and playing pickleball.

With deep ties to the community and a passion for helping others discover its charm, Linda is ready to help you make The Landings your next home.
