Jill Brooks grew up in Eastern North Carolina in a community much smaller but like The Landings. New Bern, NC is where she began her love of being outdoors, tennis and enjoying all the amenities coastal communities have to offer. Jill earned a degree in computer programming and has an innate attention to detail and organization which translates into smooth transactions for her clients. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, banking, economic development and just prior to real estate as a Client Services Associate with Independent Investment Services, LLC in Savannah. Prior to this role, Jill served as a Financial Services Officer with BB&T and the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the Florence County, South Carolina Economic Development Partnership.

With her husband’s career, they were relocated every few years throughout the Southeast. When they found The Landings twenty years ago, they knew this would be their home. Jill joined The Landings Company in 2013 as a Sales Executive/Realtor®. Her team was named The Landings Company 2015 Sales Team of the Year with over $38 million in sales and has consistently earned record sales partnering with Ginna Carroll each year. Since her start with The Landings Company, she has been consistently ranked as a top agent of the company and in 2019 and 2020 was in the Top 10 for all Skidaway Island.

Jill and her husband, Pat, have two boys who enjoy all the recreational amenities The Landings has to offer. Jill enjoys staying active with golf, boating and plays competitive tennis at The Landings and in Savannah leagues. Jill is an active member of Good Shepherd Savannah on Isle of Hope.

Jill has a passion for sharing the island lifestyle, its amenities and its properties with newcomers to The Landings. Jill is a licensed Realtor^®and a member of the Savannah Area Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
