Stephanie grew up in The Landings and has seen it grow from an undeveloped vision to the bustling community it has become. She, her husband, Doug who is a former Landings Club Champion, and their two children live in The Landings and are actively involved in the Community. She graduated from Brenau University and after graduation spent a year in Honduras helping those less fortunate. She then pursued a career in global business development where her career took her to Denver, CO. After seven years of success in advertising she was promoted to Vice President of Business Development at tmp.worldwide in New York City. There, she represented clients such as the Fire Department of New York, Hershey and Colgate. After the September 11th attack, Stephanie decided to move closer to her family, and eventually returned to The Landings.
Stephanie’s commitment to community led her to volunteering as a Chatham County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where the Governor of GA presented her with The Eagle Award, the Governor’s award for the Arts and Humanities. She earned her real estate license in 2004 and was invited to join The Landings Company, where she quickly gained a reputation for making the real estate process at The Landings both easy and enjoyable. Her unique history and experiences give her a special ability to understand and meet her clients’ needs and expectations.
