Executive Golfer Magazine has included The Landings Club in its June edition, highlighting the Club’s legacy of success from initial development to our most recent $25 million investment into new amenities. The investment will be divided into three capital projects that include a complete rebuild of the Marshwood Clubhouse, the addition of a Marketplace Bistro, pickleball and bocce courts at the Franklin Creek Campus, and a major expansion to the Wellness Center.
The article chronicles The Landings Club’s journey from golf community pioneer to becoming one of the largest, private residential Clubs on the East Coast.
“From its inception, The Landings was destined to be one of the country’s finest residential communities,” explained course architect Tom Fazio. “It offers top-notch golf. Not many private clubs in the world can compare to its diverse courses and overall amenities.”
