The Landings Association is the homeowners association of which every property owner is a member. Professionally administered and with a resident board of 9 and numerous volunteer committees, The Landings is operating debt-free with solid reserves for future investments. Currently, property assessments run approximately $1,600 per year, which is truly an exceptional value.

The Association’s property includes; all common property and streets, two marinas, the athletic fields and playground, the Dog Park, the seven gates, all common area bridges and 151 lagoons. In addition, the Association is responsible for architectural review and covenants to ensure that community building and maintenance standards are maintained. The Landings Association also owns the Landings Company, which uses real estate sales proceeds for the continual marketing of the community.

Under the Association’s management, the award winning community continually evolves by evaluating resident’s life and lifestyle needs. Below is just a small sampling of what you can expect from The Landings Association!
