Experience the Savannah Golf Championship at The Landings

The Web.com Tour’s Savannah Golf Championship begins on Thursday, March 29th at The Landings Club’s Deer Creek Course. 156 golfers will try to best the over 7,00 yards of the Tom Fazio designed course for a chance at a PGA TOUR Card and a share of the $550,000 purse.

Crews have been hard at work getting the course ready for the first ever Savannah Golf Championship, and we are excited to give the players and spectators alike a championship caliber experience.

According to Tyson Helsel, Director of Golf Course Maintenance North for The Landings Club, “the greens have been watered less often than usual and only by hand in an effort to “make them firm and make them fast.” Golfers can also expect that the tightly mowed swales around the greens will offer challenging choices that could a determining factor in a golfer making the cut.

Can’t make it to Savannah? Not to worry! The Landings Club will have two live feeds available for viewing during the tournament. Be sure to check back during the tournament to keep up with all the action!

Savannah Golf Championship Tickets

Tickets for the Savannah Challenger will be available at The Landings’ gate for $10 per day or $25 for all four days. Tickets are also available at savannahgolfchampionship.com. All military and first responders get in free all four days. Children under 17 are admitted free with a paying adult.

Members of The Landings Club will receive two tickets to the Savannah Golf Championship for the entire week, completely free of charge. Additional tickets can be purchased at half of the original price. There will also be a “club members’ only” lawn with a bar next to the 18th hole.
