Renting at The Landings

An overnight visit to The Landings is a unique and special experience. Here, you stay in a privately owned residence managed by The Landings Company, this allows you to enjoy the comfort of living in our private, gated community with every comfort of home, including towels, linens, soaps, detergents, coffee and more!

We have a wide variety of rental properties featuring: two, three or four bedroom homes that are available in a variety of styles. Each has its own entrance and patio from which to admire a striking Landings view of the golf course, a quiet lagoon, the tidal sea marsh or the oaks and pines of richly wooded interior lots.

Rentals at The Landings Company can be reserved as long or short term, with either furnished or unfurnished plans. The minimum duration of stay for a long and short-term rental are as follows:

Long Term Furnished: 1-Month Minimum
Long Term Unfurnished: 6-Month Minimum

Short Term Furnished: 1 Day Minimum

Rates are for accommodations only and are subject to change. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid charges. Cash, VISA, and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. A cleaning fee will be charged based on length of stay and number of guests occupying the home.
